GREAT WALL AIRLINES

Great Wall Airlines is a Sino-Foreign Joint Venture Cargo Airline established by Beijing Aerospace Satellite Applications Corporation (a fully-owned subsidiary of China Aerospace Science & Technology Corporation), Singapore Airlines Cargo and Dahlia Investments (a fully-owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings). On 1st June 2006, Great Wall Airlines launched its maiden flight between Shanghai and Amsterdam, and became the first Sino-Foreign Joint Venture Cargo Airline of the People's Republic of China to commence scheduled services. In June 2008 Great Wall Airlines expanded across the Pacific with scheduled B747-400F cargo service linking its Shanghai hub with Chicago and Seattle in the US. At Shanghai, Great Wall's Europe and North American scheduled flights connect with the carrier's expanding network of cargo flights to and from key Asian markets, multiplying on-line options available for shippers from all three regions. Wallace Air Cargo Group serves as Great Wall's General Sales Agent for shipments originating in North America destined for Asia
